IE Problem

Hi everyone I am having a problem with IE 7, 8 beta, 8. I have to close and open IE about 5 times before I get on to the internet (google.co.uk and I have tried other SP). I have also tried restoring it to factory default.

I have installed Firefox, chrome and it works 1st time so this is a problem with IE. No other computers have this problem on this network, any Ideas?

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate
Computer Make: Dell XPS 630 I
ISP: Virgin Media

Dump the lot of them and install safari 4 :good:

i know but i need IE because i use SGD

I have done that but still got the problem. I get this problem with all IE and also I have restored the O/S off dells restore centre. Is there a setting in local security settings that can do this?

uninstall and re-install.
maybe the system files to run ie may be corrupted somehow.
