i've installed IE7, but i can't find the "file , edit , view, tools ,help" bar on it, it has only address bar, a search bar, and back , forward , refresh and stop botton , where should i go to bring them back ? i need to go to the internet option to change some proxy settings, where is that ?
(sorry i know it seems to be a stipid questtion)

Simple. All you need to do to bring up all the standard internet explorer buttons is juz by right clicking in that space and check mark all options.

it is one of the f buttens. i would say but just reloaded my os and dont have the bandwith to download (for 1 more week ) but it is like f6-f11

Just press the "alt" key and those menu items should come up. The same goes for Windows media player 11 in Vista, its default setting is to hide those menus.

Do a "Print Screen" and upload a pic of it. Are you saying you have no TABS, Favorites etc
