If i buy a new PSU?

i am going to upgrade my graphics card and i think i am going to need a new psu because mine is only 250W and ive been reading that most graphics cards require 300W, so my question is if i get say a 450-500W psu, will i need to by more fans for my comp. to keep it cooler. or will my stock cooling be enough. and if anyone has any suggestions for good psu's for around $50-$60 plz let me know.

is this a 20pin or 24pin output? or both? look at the pics and one pic has a 20pin and another has a 24pin.

its 24 pin, but you can remove a piece that makes it 20 pin

Just want to point out the hold-up time at 10ms is really bad. Does not effect getting enough power to the system but if your power not good in your house and you dont have a UPS it could be trouble.

Hehe so much work and effort considering i already did all the hard work for you and listed a crapload of good PSUs in the 101 ... better ones for less.
