If I get a 600W PSU, will it be constantly using 600W's?

I have a cheapo setup with a mini atx mobo and using the integrated vid card so im preaty sure I wont need 600W. But there is a 600W PSU on sale at frys, so I was wondering if there was any way to turn the power down on the Powersupply.

Nope it will only use what the system needs
