I would choose XFX personally. Ive had good products by them.

I've used most of them at some point.

But EVGA has nice warranties.

It depends on the type of video card, since some MFG's offer more options with certain cards.

I like eVGA for nVidia, and Sapphire for ATI. I have had all positive things to say about them. In fact, all of my ATI cards have been from Sapphire (9600XT, x800GTO, x1600PRO).
