Maybe missing a few components

I noticed a few components missing from your build (wasn't sure if you already had them)...You will need a Motherboard and RAM. Unfortunately, with these two it will probably bump up the price past $700.

As far as fans go it really depends on what you are looking to do with your computer and the processor you get. If you plan on maxing out the speed and overclocking then you will probably need an additional cooling unit (aside from the package one). However, if you don't plan on overclocking a lot of CPU's and motherboards stay relatively cool with their initial coolers.

If you can let us know what you plan to do with the pc we can maybe give some recommendations for builds around that price range. Hope this helps somewhat.

You don't need to buy loads of fans. The ones that come with the case and aftermarket CPU coolers are enough, if you really want to you can buy two fans for the CPU cooler, to use in a push + pull configuration.
