Well unless your going for looks (nothing wrong with that) the haf 922 will do fine, save some money, and isnt much different.
HDD i would go for a WD Caviar Black, Seagate Barracuda 7200.12, or Samsung Spinpoint. The Seagate Barracuda should be the same price for the 500 gb model, im not sure though your links dont work for me.
The Radeon HD 5830 beats the 460 in benches although this is not always the case in every day performance it should be slightly cheaper so shouldnt hurt to switch to that. If you do i suggest getting one made by XFX due to their warranties and they also support aftermarket heatsinks.
The processor if you save the money from the case and GPU i would definitely try to get a phenom II. It's all up to you though.

Ahh yes if you dont plan to crossfire the 650W from Corsair should do fine as well. But nothing wrong with keeping the 750W.

Yeah i am going for looks ^^, thank you for your feedback on the HDD, But for the video cards, i will be running 2 gtx 460s , due to scaling it will outpreform , and run the same as 2 5850s and i do plan on getting an aftermarket heatsink, although for the proccessor i'm going to try and unlock the 4th core and l3 cache

Video card - I hav no idea if Palit is good. However, Looking at those with $230, Sparkle having liftime warranty, MSI seems to have better heatsink. And both EVGA & MSI with manufacture overclocked...

Mobo - would you consider 980a?

Ehh, Palit isn't very popular, most of the time with cards from Palit, I see lower reviews. Sparkle isn't that much better, I guess the lifetime warranty means something. I'd still find it a pain to have a card fail, even if they do replace it.

I'd get XFX, ECS, Zotac, Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Sapphire,..couple others I can't think of off the top of my head.
