I'm building my first computer, need help.

Alright, So I just go an excellent job, and I figured with the extra money i'm making I would build a computer, my first build, and it will be a gaming computer. But I need a little help, I need to know if these parts would be compatible together, and if i'm making a good choice.

I haven't decided on what video card I want, something within the $180-$275 price range would be good though if anyone wants to make some recommendations. Thanks.
 
i personally do not recommend getting vista. I've heard there are a lot of problems with it, and it can sometimes really slow your computer.

You must be living in the DDR + Single Core era.

Vista is great! The very first versions were absolutely downright horrible, but updates and the service pack has made everything wonderful. Great OS.
