I don't know if every thing is compatable...Please help!
Power Supply - Thermaltake Toughpower 750 Watt V2.01 Power Supply [SLI Ready]
Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E6600 (2x 2.4GHz/4MB L2 Cache/1066FSB
Motherboard - Asus P5N-E SLI nForce® 650i SLI Chipset w/6-channel CODEC, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 Dual PCI-E MB
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTX 768MB w/DVI + TV Out Video
Operation System - Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium
Is all the above compatable?
Is there anything that didn't include that could not be compatable with these specs?

Yup, that's all compatible, but you're missing a few things. Case, harddrive, optical drive (CD/DVD reader/burner), thermal paste (not needed, but for best OC'ing you should include it), and an aftermarket HSF (again, not needed, but will keep your CPU cooler to OC further)

You forgot to include the zase and memory as well as whether or not you plan to be using onboard sound or an expansion card. Vista is still sort of in it's "infancy" at this point with a lack of drivers for sound in some cases as well as any SP1 or SP2 or 2nd edition that would eventually come out to fix any bugs found in the new version of Windows. I'm hanging onto XP here as the default OS due to the lack of software compatibility.

Ok heres some more specs

Some things could be changed around, like harddrives if you don't need that much storage. Otherwise, it's an EXTREMELY good computer and will run just about ANYTHING on 100% max settings with EXCELLENT FPS rates. Just configuring such a computer makes me jealous. :D

EDIT:
Can you try to fit a 8800GTX in there
When I saw your budget, the first thing I thought was a Core 2 Extreme and a 8800GTX. I was trying to fit another 8800GTX in there so you could run SLI, but I couldn't do it. Also, if you want a monitor, I can find one for you.
