I'm happy with my HD3870...

Hey guys I just want to share with you how good the HD3870's are. This are the fps I had with my 7600GT:

Oblivion - Medium - ~25fps
Serious Sam 2 - High - ~55fps
COD4 - Low - Med - ~40

And this is how I play them now with the HD3870:

Oblivion - High - ~50fps
Serious Sam 2 - Max - ~80fps
COD4 - High - ~60fps (sometimes goes up to 110fps inside buildings)

So, this is sort of a recommendation of the HD3870!! Lol

Very cool. What resolution and what settings are you playing at? Ie, 1280x1024 at high/ultra/etc. The 3870 is one of the best cards out!

its a great card! i run crysis on high @ 1680/1050

Unfortunately I don't have Crysis, so I can't say anything about it . But I run all my games on 1440 x 900.

Yeah, if you ask me and you have the ability to overlook the 2FPS difference... The 3870 and 8800GT are on the same level, I like the 3870 better for some reason. I would love to have them crossfired....
