thats what im planning if i do an intel build which im going back and forth from amd.. -.-. I never had an experience with an amd but saw my friend install it on his case with no fans and it was running 58-59c.

does the top one seem like a nice build?
is amd really reliable?
what graphic card should i get? im thinking of 570 oc or hd 6970.
