so i could play games like oblivion, Battlefield 2142, Crysis on medium/High settings this is what i have

Processor - Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor E6600, dual 2.4GHz cores, 4MB L2 Cache

DDR2 Memory - 2048MB Corsair Dominator DDR2-800 Twin2X2048-6400 with Dual-path Heat Xchange (2x1024)

Graphics Card - eVGA 256-A8-N507 Geforce 7800GS 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 AGP 4X/8X CO Video Card

Motherboard - Asus® P5N-E SLI nForce 650i SLI, Socket 775, PCI-E, DDR2

So is this good enough if not could you guys recommend a computer for me

My computer. in sig.
Plays oblivion great, Bf2142 um good i might have to overclock to get good settings. and crysis....havent tried lol.
 
It's not compatible. That's an AGP card you've selected, while your board is PCI-E only. You'll need to select a PCI-E video card.
 
Yes, other than that it's good. Personally I'd spend a little less on the RAM and a little more on the video card, though. I take it you've considered the other components such as drives, PSU, etc...
