i just got an imac and so far its making me love macs, except for one thing. Certain programs just wont work with it, ive downloaded a couple versions of aim and i can leave it on as long as my computers on, but the second i im someone or even look at profiles it just closes. i cant even have conversations with anyone b/c it closes before i can get off one sentence. also microsoft word closes 3 seconds after i open it every time. i also have software for final cut pro that closes final cut every time i try to open it.
does anyone know whats up with imacs and why they close programs for no reason or how i could fix this?
