Imac linked with a PC

Hi,
not sure if I post in the right topic but I would like to know if it is possible to "link" a PC with an Imac, to get the processing power of the PC, combined to the Imac, to maximize Processors speed.

This is the gear I have :

Imac 20", intel dual 2,8 ghz, 4 GB ram, and HDs
PC: ASUS p5k/epu , dual 3,00ghz 8mb cache , 4 GB RAM

I'm pretty sure there's a way , but I have no clue how to do it!

Any help?

Thanks !

Nick

For what type of processing power exactly? For real-time stuff like gaming and such there's no way to combine the processing power. For 3D rendering, compiling massive sources, compressing massive amounts of files and such, however, you can set up a render farm where the workload will be distributed across a few PCs.
