I've recently done a fresh installation of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on a Toshiba laptop (Satellite Pro L-730-11X). As part of this I've installed Office 365 to test it for my employers. I've not checked all the elements in the package yet but Outlook, Excel and Publisher appear to be working fine.
The problem I have is with Word, as it doesn't show images when I insert them into the document. I've searched and followed the standard procedure of checking 'show drawings and text boxes on screen' and unchecking 'show placeholders' in the advanced section of options to no avail. There wasn't a problem before when the laptop was Win10 Home and Office 2013. I've also tried to install an earlier graphics driver, and uninstalled and reinstalled the software.
The image flashes very briefly when being dragged uncross to the document; it doesn't show in print preview but shows when the saved document is opened on another computer, or when saved as a PDF.
Any other options for this?
