Imaging software removes product key.

I work for a company that buys volume licenses for Windows operating systems and Office.

We use sysprep.exe and Redo (imaging software) to create the images. I selected the "out of the box experience" and check off "generalize" during sysprep.

Everytime I burn an image onto another PC, the Office product key gets removed. Is there a way to not have to add the product key back in the new PC Everytime I image one? The product key for the Windows OS is fine.

All PC's are the same make and model. Dell Optiplex 3020.

It's been a while. You need to find your Unattend.xml and somehow make it stop doing a Rearm during Sysprep.
Rearm resets activation, and is a core part of sysprep. You can skip it though, so if you activate in Audit Mode and do a generalize sysprep w/o Rearm, you should be fine.
