Import Bookmarks

When I imported bookmarks to my Vista PC using FireFox, I no longer have the icons. How can I get them back? Thank you

The icons? well when i had this problem i had to goto everypage for the icons to show up. try opening a few and seeing if the icons change

You may have to resave the bookmark for the icon to appear. The icon is a nice feature, I like it.

It may take a few tries too. Every time that I reformat the computer, I sometimes have to reload a page (like ESPN.com, for instance) several times to get the icon back. Or, you can just surf as normal and it should come back, especially if you are using the bookmarks as your primary way of going to those pages.

try this with firefox.
delete in the firefox directory extentions.ini, extensions.cache and extensions.rdf.
reboot the system and when you start firefox it will rebuild the files.
ive had similar problem replacing a backup and my pluggins were not showing up. this always fixed it.

Generally just go to all the pages.

The reason they dont show is because you havent loaded the cache from the site yet so you're browser wont recognize what the actual URL logo is until you visit the site.
