Improvised case mod.

I started my case mod, putting a 140mm fan and grill onto the side of my case.
I have to improvise, i have some tools, but others i cannot get because i've spent all my money on the computer itself. What will be sufficient to make an inscision into a case, and then cut a circle out of it? If i had the money i would buy a dremel, but i don't. I have created the holes for the fan and grill using a small T6 screwdriver and a hammer (LOL). It works and the screws fit.
I also have a file to get rid of rough edges. is there anything i could use to create this hole in the case? anything at all, no matter how crazy or improvised.
I'll post some pics when i'm done.

I have a power drill. Tell me more about these hole saw attachments, my dad might have one. It needs to be 130mm in diameter. where can i get one? what do they cost?

I have a workbench and some clamps too...

Check the size of the hole that is used for a clothing dryer exhaust vent. The hole saw for the dryer exhaust tube is common and you can most likely find a used one. Bear in mind that the vent hole saw is made for use in wood. Use in the steel case material will most likely damage the saw but the case metal is thin so it should cut okay. Work slowly and use a large wooden block placed inside the cabinet to support and prevent bending the case.
Also, you might think more about the fan before making any changes. I've found that extra fans don't really make much of a difference if your power supply and CPU have decent fans. One exception is those video cards that run really hot. Extra fan used in a case exhaust configuration will help to get rid of hot air that would other wise reach the CPU.

Thanks for the link but i live in australia. I know what i need now, and my uncle is coming tomorrow to attach my new bedroom door. I've asked him to bring a 5 and a half inch circular drill bit which is exactly 140mm (14cm). he says it should be fine for thin metal. The fan will be pointed directly at my graphics card, and is the only intake fan apart from the CPU and PSU fans.
