In bios you get choice to chose two operating systems?? Help

Okay so this system im fixing only has windows xp. But now all a sudden it says choose from this list and its Windows XP or Windows Recovery Consul. How do i get it to now show up in the bios?? I have done this before but i forget. I think its something in the registry that you edit.

You need to edit the boot.ini file and remove the line you don't want to see.
