Goto C:\program files\my websearch and delete the folder. Then go back into the uninstall manager in hijackthis and then highlight it and then click on "delete this entry" for that item.

There is no folder with that name.

Yeah, just yesterday I had to do some editing in the registry to get Adobe reader installed. We could do the same thing here to get rid of that my websearch entry but i wouldn't want you to delete something by accident and not have a working system.

Then you didn't download superantispyware, you downloaded something else.

Click where it says download now on that link i gave you.

what is it

Hey Johnb, I saw that he has/had coupon printer installed. What is that and is it "bad" to have. I ask because I've seen that before on other peoples logs.
