Goto C:\program files\my websearch and delete the folder. Then go back into the uninstall manager in hijackthis and then highlight it and then click on "delete this entry" for that item.
Ok. Then just do the hijackthis procedure to remove the entry. At this point, i'm recommending since malwarebytes didn't catch everything to run Superantispyware, update it before running and let me know the results.
