Increase RAM on PC

I want to look at increasing the amount of RAM on my PC it is currently only 512mb. What details do I need to know to be able to increase the RAM and upto how much RAM can I increase my computer to. My computer spec if provided below: -

I recommend running Crucial upgrades scanner
and it will tell you how many spare and slots you have in total, what you can increase your RAM size to, if you need to fit them in pairs etc... and what DDR your system supports.
