Increasing RPM?

Is there any way to increase fan RPM speed on an E6400 + Asus P5W DH Deluxe?

It's currently sitting at 950RPM @ 30-40C, I'd quite like to see if I could get it a bit lower before I get some aftermarket cooling.

lol wow. thats stupid bobo, you can get a REALLY good fan controller for $20 on newegg... like 4 channels (i only use two for all 6 fans) personally, i decrease fan speed to minimum normally... doesnt even effect load temps ive tested.

there might be a setting in your bios under like pc health or something like that. try looking for it. mine calls it "full-on" versus "smart-fan"

thats it if you want it, definitely worth the money to me :D

i keep my fans 25% extra than the lowest while im playing music and such, and all the way down (doesnt turn them off) while im sleeping.
i keep my northbridge fan plugged into the motherboard on the setting "full-on"
