Inducing random errors?

Hi,

I have a bit of an unusual request....

Is there any way to make spontaneous errors occur in the RAM? I posted here because I'm thinking overclocking/overheating might just do it.
I'll need only sparse errors, like one a day, and they'll need to be statistically random. Thanks!

What.The.Heck? You want your computer to create errors? Only thing i can think of is maybe some kinda gimicky software which can simulate an error, but no - there is no way to make your RAM actually have a real error as far as i know. It would be a kinda pointless thing in my opinion.
