industrial extractor fan...

Iv'e been wondering for a while now if i should use an industrial extractor to cool my pc or would it be likely to suck my components into it.
this isn't to take the mickey it is a question i have been wanting to ask for some time now.
the one i am looking at using moves 3250 m3/hr or is this jus too much for a single pc ?

Moving that amount of air, you would have to clean out the dust constantly. The amount of noise it would create would not be worth it either.

Better off water cooling and using the fan on that with a car radiator. Not.
