Infected Executable File

i have a very small executable file which may be infected, tho my anti-virus says no. i have an internal hard drive, a usb external hard drive, and usb sandisk memory sticks. is there anyway to run this program somewhere where it will not infect my internal hard drive?

You need to do a full scan on it using an antivirus program and malware program, like malwarebytes.
