info over ASRock Z77 Pro4-M

hy guys, i have a quastion, i,m planning a cpu upgrade, going to a 3570k, but i have at the moment only 80 euro,s for a motherbord.
would like to no if this one is oke, with maybe a little overclock.
and can it run with my memory because i have corsair dominator and it runs in xmp profile at 1.65v.

Your memory is an issue here. You need memory that runs at 1.50v for Ivy Bridge. Motherboard itself is quite ok.

As per the memory, quick Google search reveals that, although you can run the system with 1.65V ram, it is not recommended, since ivy bridge has the memory controller inbuilt in the CPU. Two possible scenarios can occur:

1. The memory is downclocked by the processor in order to be able to work with it; this means that the memory is working using a not correct voltage for it or simply it could start to fail for the same reason.
2. The memory force the processor to reach the voltage of it, on this scenario the processor is overclocked by the memory, and this is the most dangerous scenario because eventually your processor could be damaged.

Of course, these are not set in stone, and you could be just fine, but with the prices of RAM as low as they are now, I would say, you are better off buying new one and selling the old one.

Performance on all Z77 boards for CPU performance is rather equal. The only thing about the ASRock board in question is it will not overclock as good as a higher end board.

There is no need to get the ram he listed. Performance gains form memory in real world apps is limited. Just get some Crucial Ballistix sport series. 8G 1600MHz is only $40 US and it will perform 98% as good as those Ripjaws. In a matter of fact, The Ballistix Sports performed almost as well as G.Gkill Tridents at 2100MHz. Higher frequency memory on IvyBridge is worthless IMO.
