input on desktop configuration

im building a desktop for my uncle. he wants to spend around 900 bucks for the computer itself give or take a lil. i have some ideas of what i want to do but i want your input as well. i want to buy through Newegg.


heres what i need:

Case/PSU (something cool looking with a side window)
Mobo
2GB DDR2 800
Core2duo
1 Sata HDD around 320GBs
DVD burner
Graphic card (computer is not for gaming use)
Vista OS (basic or premium)

whatcha got for me????

anyone? the graphic card is where im having the most trouble. im not to sure on whats a decent low end card.
