Inspiron 15R + ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650

I am still looking for a laptop on a budget and want it for general use and also playing HD movies onto my tv and some gaming.

Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop
Intel Core i3 370M 2.4GHz
3GB RAM + 320GB HDD
ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650

Would this be able to play some games and would it cope with GTA IV + Need For Speed Shift as I already have these? I would upgrade the Ram to the max as soon as I buy it and its £500 on eBuyer which is not bad
 
At 1280x1024 GTA IV would be smooth, but it won't be able to play games at max settings.
At 1024X768 resolution it would be able to play all games at high FPS.
