On instagram people leave posts that contain little boxes with numbers and letters in it. First of all how do they make these and what does it mean ? How does one read it ? One example, little box has , 01F and under it 371,
 
Post a screen shot. I don't go there so I have no idea. Could be a browser interpenetration problem? Seems like hex code. 01F means and in hex code and 371 turns into 7.

So.... and 7? Does that make sense?

A screenshot would really help. It almost sounds like your phone can't interpret emojis correctly.
