instaiulling/uninstailling problem(Sims EP)

I instailled sims today everything was fine until i got to Superstar if wouldnt run properly so i uninstailled the game every patch went, then i went to add/remove and sims superstar was still there i clucked on it to uninstaill but it wanted to instaill so i put the orriganal disk back in to instaill but when i got to putting superstar on it uninstailled it instead of instailling, so again i uninstailled the game, but its still in add remove and trying to instaill it, what the hell do i do cbecause i cant get rid of it or play it

I'm not sure why you can't play it. But I can tell you that if you uninstall it and it's still listed under the Add/Remove Programs list, that's fine because sometimes that happens.

I know this is an old post (sorry guys but I know the answer to it)

You need to d/l the sims eraser from ea.com or thesims.com (whatever it is)

run the eraser and then install the game again.

Done!

It wasn't that hard was it!!
