"Install a driver for your network adapter"

That's the message I get when I fired up my desktop computer for the first time after doing a clean install of my OS. I didn't have Internet access, and so I ran diagnostics and got that message.

Normally, I can check online for driver updates. I can't do that right now for obvious reasons.

I'm on my laptop now.

I checked my device manager, and here's a screenshot of what I see (I can take sceenshots & save them to a usb dive, then transfer them to the laptop for uploading):

And here's some snips of what I see when I double-click on "Ethernet Contoller," and switch between tabs:

If it helps, my ethernet port is physically a part of my motherboard, which is a Gigabyte Z87M-D3H. I considered going onto their website and downloading the ethernet drivers using my laptop, but the closest I was able to find was Realtek Utility Diagnostics, and guess what? That didn't even do anything! I don't mean it didn't fix the problem; I mean I literally couldn't even figure out how to work the thing!

Can somebody please just give me a download link for the drivers I need, and once I've transferred them to the desktop using my usb drive, instructions on how to poperly install them?
