install disk

hi all and merry christmas,
i am trying to create a install dvd of windows vista, i know you have to burn the iso file at 2X sped or similar but i have no idea how to.

If there is aything else i should know about plz let me know

Firstly why are you trying to burn vista to disk?

Did you download the .iso off of the internet or did you make it?

Yeah, technically its illegal to copy the vista disk isnt it? Or would that fall under having a backup copy, of course, a pirated version that is downloaded off the internet would definately be illegal..

Humm. Well I dont see anything wrong of makeing a vista copy of your own disk for your self.... Dont really know the rules on that.

It is perfectly legal to make a back up disc for your own personal benefit. It is actually a good idea to make back up discs because if the back up disc goes bad. Doesn't really matter, you still have the orginal.
