Install Shield Crashing.

So I am trying to install a rome total war patch on my laptop, which runs windows vista, home premium edition, and it will not let me for some reason, and the install shield just keep crashing, I also tried to run the install as an admin, same problem.

go to patch 1.3 properties and select it to be a read only file and click OK.Problem solved
