Install windows 7 movie maker

I have recently bought a new desktop computer and part of the deal was that the supplier installed Winndows 7, which I paid for and got the DVD.

I can't find windows movie maker, so I assume that they did a custom install and only installed the most common programs.

Can I install Windows movie maker separately from my DVD without having to install everything again and losing all my updates and if so a few tips please.

Movie Maker is no longer included in Windows 7. Use the link Jamesd posted to download and install it.

If you're used to to the Movie Maker which is in XP, you can download and install this from Microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=34

That basically puts the Windows XP Movie Maker on Vista/7/8.

Movie Maker 2 is so horribly buggy. The newer one is so much better.
