Install Windows 7 RC without using a DVD

So... I installed the beta a while ago just by mounting it within Vista, and surprisingly it worked, even with the restarts. For some reason, though, the new RC of windows 7 does not work by mounting. I tried copying it to a flash drive and booting from that, but the weird bootloader that came with the beta seems to be screwing up the boot order. I select USB_HDD in my bios, but nothing happens. It just goes to the Windows Vista or Windows 7 boot screen.

Any ideas on how to do it without a DVD? I don't have any and don't really wanna go buy any... but i might if there is no other way.

I'm doing this now. It looks like what I want, so thank you. Hopefully it will work with a mounted ISO instead of the real DVD.

I'll post back after I'm finished (formatting takes forever!).

So the first time I tried the method I was stupid and I formatted my media drive. This time I did it correctly but now I get the error because I'm trying to create a 64 bit boot from my Vista 32 bit. Is there a workaround, or will I have to download the 32 bit boot?

thanks for the link!, it seems to be working fine!, btw... do you know how to do this but instead of instaling windows7/vista, is there a way to install XP?... (note: im using windows7 to do it, but i want to install xp, not vice versa.)

I've never had success booting XP from USB, just so you know.

I tried this, but got the same error as before. Then I realized that this method wasn't working because I was trying to install windows 7 64 bit from my vista 32 bit. I then downloaded windows 7 32, mounted it within vista, and it worked perfectly.
