Installed a second GPU...Crashing and Lag.

I installed a second 560Ti today, but now games won't initiate and the control panel takes nearly 10 minutes to load. Any recommendations?

It seems that now my computer is downclocking my cards quite a bit..

What exact model of power supply are you using?

I fixed this problem by installing the new beta drivers and enabling SLI after a few crashes. It works well, I'm getting the performance boost that is to be expected as well.
