Installed new hardware now crashing

In my new computer I installed a Stratitec 5 port usb Pci card. I installed the software that came on the CD. After that the computer would not boot normally but it would in safe mode. I would get the blue screen and it would say "Begining dump of physical memory" critical error. So I had to go reformat and reinstall XP. I used a seagate hdd diskwizard to fully reformat the hdd as well.

It is still giving me the blue screen with the "Begining dump of physical memory" critical error. Does anyone know why this is hapening? This like my third strait day of getting off of work and messing with the darn computer to never have it work, very frustrating!

Thanks

Yes, I removed the card after uninstalling the driver. Reformatting is not a big deal because the computer only has the operating system on it. I just built it a few days ago.

I have cleared the CMOS formated the HDD and still when I install the OS it has problems. I'm really confused. I wish I could remove the video card but then I have no video because I have no onboard video.

Is ther a way I can get everything back to the way it was when all the parts were new?

And if not, do you think the I have a hardware malfunction?
