Installer Crashes/Corrupted Solutions?

I just bought a new hard drive and when ever I try in install something i ether get a nsis error message or some error message along those lines (also got them with my last hard drive thinking it was bad). How can I stop this? Ive tried deleteing my temp. folder/files and such!

AMD 3200+
WD 250 GIG
Abit K8n SLI
XFX Geforce 6800 Xtreme

Thanks for any Help. Really in a pickle cause I can't even install my video drivers!
 
Still doesn't work. My ALT CTRL DEL doesn't even work? Is my windows corrupted or something?
Could it have to do something with my motherboard?
