Hey, I'm completely computer illiterate and have no idea about computers. I bought a computer from amazon and it arrived today. It is a Medion Akoya E2081. It says that it comes with Windows 7 64-bit already installed on the computer and all that I had to do was run the set up and then it's all done and what not. But when I start up the computer i get an error message saying, "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.". I've not received a start up disc as everything was already pre-installed onto the computer in the factory before being delivered to me, but it did come with a back up disc that has everything on it for if I need to wipe my computer and get it back to the factory state again, and it has Windows 7 64-bit on the disc too. I've also got a disc called "application and support disc", which I have no idea what it does. Need help ASAP!

Contact the maker of the pc and they will help you do the factory restore or its possible the procedure is listed in the owners manual.
