Installing a Noctua NH D14 in an NZXT Phantom (pics included)

Right so there's been a lot of kerfuffle about this case saying you can't fit in any large heatsinks or the h50/h70 with the side 200mm fan on the case.

Well I found an alternative, but before I go ahead I need confirmation from people that this thing will fit due to something on my motherboard.

This is what I want to do to avoid the 200mm fan hitting the Noctua.

So instead of installing a 200mm, I move one side 140mm to the bottom left corner which sits directly over my GPU's and makes room for the heatsink. I'll secure the 140mm with double sided foam.

NOW, the only problem is my motherboard is the ASRock Deluxe4 890FX. It has a 2" tall heatsink for itself next to the CPU. Here's the picture.

It's actually quite tall and gets in the way. I know the noctua is quite long, and I'm sure it will clear my ram, but what about a 2" heatsink?

I've also heard that with AMD boards the coolers mount with the fans facing towards the top of the case instead of the back?

HEEEELP :D
