Installing a PSU....

what wou means by ground cable and ESD?....

Like take my case, put it on the ground, and work from there, im sure that will work?....?....

I know about the anti static wrist bands

A grounding cable is a cable that has the two flat prongs removed, so only the round (grounding) prong is left. Then you hook up the PSU to the wall with the cable. Make sure you use some junky old power cable you won't use for anything else. Just an ESD band won't do anything if the PSU isn't grounded to something. So do this whenever you are changing around parts in your computer.
 
Cant you just touch your PC's case every now and then to release any static built up in your fingers?
