Installing Kaspersky problems..

Hi, I'm trying to install Kaspersky Antivirus but when I'm finished installing it and restarting my computer, my computer freezes as soon as I log in..As soon as Kaspersky loads once I log on, my whole computer freezes and I can't turn off my computer. The only way I was able to turn it off was pressing the on/off button. At first, I thought it was only a temporary problem..but it kept doing the same thing, and so did I, pressing the on/off button. I finally fixed it when I went into safe mode and did a system restore..I'm not sure what's wrong with Kaspersky and it's addiction to freezing my computer...

What are the specs of your PC, because when I was trying to run Kaspersky on my old pc, it would ALMOST always freeze while starting up the Real-Time protection. As far as I know, you need a "relatively good" computer to be able to run Kaspersky because it scans pretty much EVERY program that is being opened, so if you've got a lot of items/programs to load at start-up it may take a while for Kaspersky to finish working with them.
