Installing New Video Card

I'm planning on buying a VisionTek Xtasy™ Radeon™ 9250 Video Card, is that better than the Intel i845G that came preloaded into the computer? If it is, how do i go about installing the new one. The new one plugs into the PCI slot, but do I have to take out the card that's in there? It's a dell and there is no AGP slot, so i dont know if the one in there is integrated to the motherboard or not. Thanks,
John

If its intergrated into the motherboard (and I think it is), its very likely a bad/cheap card. You will not have to take out anything. The card you posted looks OK, and its not too much trouble to install a new one.
Basically, you can just follow this tutorial: http://www.tigerdirect.com/static/html/PCI-Installation-articlel.html
Then you just use the install CD that comes with it. Then you may have to go to the BIOS menu the select your new card.
