Installing program from DVD to widows 10?

I've tried VLC..no luck.....Is there any easy to use software where I can just insert a DVD and rip like on widows 7

Might need to clarify. Are you saying you have a DVD with an ISO burned on it of software you're trying to use or trying to pull off some kind of media?
