installing windows on new different hard drive

so i have windows xp media center and i accidentally installed it on my d drive which is only 4.7 gb instead of one of my main hard drives. Is there any way to transfer windows to one of the other hard drives without actually backuping all the files to a cd or dvd and reinstalling windows? If i need to back everything up, would someone please tell me how to uninstall the old windows when reloading everything else.

Well , About what u talkin i think it's not impossible at the time .

To install a new windows and uninstalling the old one , you should have WINDOWS XP CD , and i prefer to be a bootable disk
first format the drive D "which windows installed"
then install the new windows on the drive u wanna
