Installing xp MCE 2005 via flash drive

I just downloaded MCE and cannot figure out how to put this on a flash drive and boot from the flash drive, any help would be appreciated
 
correct, i downloaded it via torrent because the machine i am going to be running it on had MCE originally but then had xp pro installed on it, so i would like to go back to running MCE.
 
Sorry, it's against forum rules to help you other than saying that pirated stuff is full of really bad stuff. And most of it doesn't work (from a friend).
