Instant Access cannot delete

i deleted the instant access program off my computer but everytime i boot up my computer its running in my notification area (bottom left cornor next to the watch) and its running without a picture and i acn configure it..

PLZ HELP
 
Did you remove it from Add/Remove programs? And also, get into msconfig and remove its startup item.
 
yes i deleted it from add/and remove and how would i delete it in msconfig and what would he be listed as because in the start-up bar it has no icon.
 
go to Start>>run then type "msconfig" then go to StartUp. untick the instance acess files then it won't appear on the left hand corner anymore. in order to effect the changes restart your computer.
 
I was just to mention something like this. I was playing around on my pc and I deleted the internet explorer executeable, but one second later it just popped back in there. So yay, strange. Then I went on to deleting keyboard.drv. So I deleted it then a second later it pops back in. WTF ?
 
i cant find it...its not listed as every single instant access file has been deleted off my comp....

ya both those things are pretty much required so Windows is going to replace the missing executables and for the Keyboard driver windows has many drivers for many components such as keyboards, graphics drivers, sound and the list just goes on and will instal those things each time windows boots if they are missing :-).
