Integrated Graphic Card

I am using a machine with Pentium 4 processor. Recently, the graphic card burned out and I switched to the integrated graphic card. The graphics aren't as good and it sometimes lag but for the sole purposes of online browsing, its serves fine. I am just concerned if using the integrated graphic card will make the motherboard fail faster or cause the graphic card to fail, making me replace the entire motherboard.
 
No, using the onboard video will be fine. I would take the shot video card out since your using the onboard.
