Intel 45nm CPUs Price List

alright so after i just bought a brand new ASUS p5k board, once these come out my mobo will be old technology?!?!?? i hate computers

The Asus P5K Deluxe supports 1333MHz bus, 45nm CPU's, quad-cores, and more, so you dont have to worry about it becoming old technology for quite some time. But just like anything electronic, something new will come out to replace it.

So you guys think right when these come out, that some new motherboards will come along to accommodate them?
*EDIT* Will the sockets still be 775? Or is Q1 the socket?*

I believe the socket is 775. 32nm will be a different socket. The Intel X38 chipset is suppose to be the best for the 45nm. The 680i is suppose to support them as well. I'll find out soon enough. :)

Yeah, but is it still socket 775? And as long as the Mobo supports 1333MHz it should be good for a while?

K. Is the motherboard I posted up in "Motherboards" (forum section) a good one that will be fairly good for a while?
